I. REGULATIONS ON CHANGE / RETURNS
1. The cases are exchanged / returned
1.1 – Delivery with technical defects:
Products are considered as technical defects only when confirmed by the Technical Center or Service Center of the product.

1.2 – Delivery is broken, wrong content or missing:

3. Conditions of exchange

Returned products must be ordered online or purchased at stores

Each order can only support 1 exchange.
Returned products that do not meet the above conditions will be automatically returned to the address registered by you in the order.
4. Time to exchange goods
The time to apply to return goods purchased at stores within the store system is 3-7 days.

5. The cost of exchanging goods
For returned products due to technical defects, customers will be free of charge and free delivery to the location indicated on the return request form.

II. REGULATIONS ON CHANGES AND REFUNDS

1. Change to a new product
This form is applicable in cases where the product is damaged by the manufacturer’s fault. We will exchange for you a new product with the same model (same product code, same size, same brand …).
In case our system has run out of product code as in your order, we will exchange you another product (same brand) with equivalent value.
Refund is only applicable for defective products and no replacement products. Refunds in this case will be made via bank transfer according to the account information you provide.
Currently, we do not apply cash refund at the office for all product exchange / return cases.
