Genuine KADA and KADA Plus products.
The product is still within the warranty period and has a warranty card.
With special product lines, KADA will have its own warranty policy.
Errors are warranted
KADA only warrants free of charge against manufacturer defects. In case of improper use or damage during transportation, KADA will waive the fee for replacement parts only.
In some cases where the product code is discontinued, there are no more accessories, KADA will replace the accessories with the original accessories but still ensure the quality.
For defects not covered by warranty or expired warranty, KADA will repair charges and notify customers before proceeding.
Note: No warranty for intentional user errors.
No warranty or chargeable warranty
Fabric (canvas suitcase, backpack, bag, briefcase).
Fabric lining inside backpacks, suitcases, bags, briefcases.
The product has been modified, changed from the original without Sakos.
Products due to accidental damage, natural disasters: cut or torn, fire, explosion …
No warranty for defects in improper use or direct contact with chemicals and acids that are harmful to the product.
No warranty when the product is scratched, torn during transportation without manufacturing defects.
Step 1: Customers bring the product to the nearest KADA shop or send it to KADA Service Center 285 CMT8, Ward 12, District 10, HCMC for warranty/repair support. Customers can also directly contact hotline 0914.165.907 ). to request for warranty products (applicable only to products of KADA JSC and in the inner city of Ho Chi Minh City).
(Inner city of HCMC: District 1, District 2, District 3, District 4, District 5, District 6, District 7, District 8, District 10, District 11, Binh Thanh District, Go Vap, Phu Nhuan, Tan Binh, Tan Phu).
Step 2: KADA receives warranty products, checks for errors and quotes accessories if the product has expired or is not within the warranty period.
Step 3: After the warranty is completed, KADA will notify the customer of the time and place to return the warranty product.
Repair without replacing accessories: up to 3 working days from the date of receiving the product.
Replacement of accessories: up to 7 working days from the date of receipt of the product.
